Think like an entrepreneur
The QUT Spark Program is aimed to inspire, activate and engage current QUT Students and Staff in the colourful world of entrepreneurship. The program provides a general overview of what entrepreneurship is, how to incorporate proven techniques into your own projects, and how to better understand the opportunities and benefits of engaging and connecting with others with similar interests.
Entrepreneurship is a way of thinking and a different lens through which we can view problems as opportunities and create new ways of doing things. There are many different versions of entrepreneurs and they are all valuable.
The methodology of entrepreneurs can be used and applied in many ways as a powerful process to solve problems, collaborate, find solutions, upgrade skills and unlock potential by bringing people with diverse backgrounds together.
Who can join the program?
Open to all QUT students and staff, the program covers everything from the entrepreneur basics to sharing stories of QUT alumni who've founded their own business', and everything in between.
Spark provides opportunities for all QUT students and staff to engage in entrepreneurship. It is a cohort-based introduction to entrepreneurial mindset, thinking and action.
