Javier is the Administrative Assistant for QUT Entrepreneurship, acting as a super connector for people, resources, systems and processes. Prior to joining QUT Entrepreneurship, Javier worked at HiQ as a Peer Concierge and as a result is extremely well connected among the QUT community across both students and staff. With him, he brings a high level of knowledge and experience from working on the front line of the university and closely with the Student Success Group (SSG).
Javier is an experienced manager, having worked extensively in the food and beverages industry. Utilising his strong rapport building and connections within the sector, Javier started a successful side business, selling premium grade coffee beans and cold drip coffee to restaurants and cafes becoming immediately profitable.
Javier holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Economics from QUT and is interested in history, geo-politics and helping people succeed in their entrepreneurial ventures.
