Peta is an Entrepreneur in Residence for QUT Entrepreneurship. Peta is a change maker and community leader in the Entrepreneurial landscape and brings 20+ years’ experience in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Communications. Peta launched and exited four ventures before turning 30. In the last 8 years she has mentored over 1000 entrepreneurs and hosted more than 2000 startup events, launched the River CIty Labs Accelerator which saw 34 companies graduate over 4 cohorts and as the former CEO of River City Labs.
As co-founder of Tribe Global and Peak Persona, she shares her experience in the innovation sector and knowledge within the acquisition space and the unique challenges companies face when merging brands, cultures and people. She has led teams through periods of change and challenging business situations and knows the importance of clear communication, structured work environments and how to unlock various personalities to optimise output.
Peta is Entrepreneur In Residence at QUT, running programs, events and mentoring with her wealth of experience.
