Bill Aulet is the managing director of the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship at MIT and Professor of the Practice at the MIT Sloan School of Management; leading entrepreneurship education across all five schools at MIT and extending well outside the classroom. Bill is changing the way entrepreneurship is understood, taught and practised around the world.
Bill developed the 24 Steps of Disciplined Entrepreneurship to help translate technology or ideas into innovative new products, working with people and companies to become more successful through innovation-driven entrepreneurship. Bill has degrees from Harvard and MIT, over 25 years of business success, first at IBM and then as a three-time entrepreneur, and created hundreds of millions of dollars in shareholder value through his companies. An award-winning and best selling author, Bill is a regularly featured speaker at management leadership programs on topics such as entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, marketing, technology innovation and growth.
