Penny Wolff | Wolff Coffee Roasters

QUT Alum Penny Wolff is an accomplished female leader, who has experience across multiple sectors including the arts, schools, university, not for profit, and hospitality. She has been a pioneer of specialty coffee in Brisbane, crafting a niche with notable specialty coffee shops such as Queen of Pops, Big Bad Wolff Espresso Bar, and the legendary Dandelion & Driftwood.  Penny is the cofounder of Wolff Coffee Roasters, and as CEO, developed the brand, planned and directed numerous functions in the company, and helped develop the curriculum for the Wolff College of Coffee. Above all else, she is engaged in the community, actively working in fundraising and philanthropy.
