In 2013 Kate Williams launched Nodo (pronounced “no-dough”) to spread happiness through beautiful baked goods that combine artisan methods and naturally gluten free ingredients. After experiencing Coeliac disease, Kate aimed to recreate her favourite childhood treat and bring back the fun element of eating baked good. Getting her start at markets, she has since grown her business to have 4 stores around Brisbane.
